Karen holds over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry with a core focus on revenue strategy, eCommerce, and driving topline sales. Before her 9 years at GF Hotels and Resorts, Karen held roles in revenue management and sales for both full-service and extended stay/select service, independent boutique/resorts, and branded hotels.
Karen is passionate about fostering relationships with our brands and 3rd party distribution partners to ensure our hotels are fully engaged in the best revenue and distribution practices to drive profitable market share. Along with being Revenue Management certified with both Marriott and Hyatt herself, Karen works with a team of revenue strategy experts who are certified in all brands and fluent in many RMS and CRS applications that fit the needs of our non-branded hotel/resort clients.
