GF’s founder, Ken Kochenour has been actively involved in the organization since its inception. The GF Management Team is known for commitment, dedication and for creating the right environment to insure quality guest experiences at all of its hospitality properties.

At the core of the GF Management Team is a group of individuals comprised of experts from all disciplines.

Kenneth Kochenour, Founder & CEO

Mr. Kochenour is co-founder of GF Management and brings to the company more than twenty-five years of experience in owning and operating hotel/resort facilities, turnaround deals, property evaluations, market analyses and cost controls.  Mr. Kochenour holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from York College, Pennsylvania.

Ira Lubert, Chairman Emeritus/Co-founder

Mr. Lubert co-founded GF Management with Kenneth Kochenour in 1988. In 1997, Mr. Lubert joined Dean Adler to create the Lubert-Adler Real Estate Opportunity Fund. Mr. Lubert holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Pennsylvania State University.

Robert E. Keith, Jr., Vice Chairman

Mr. Keith provides GF Management with in-depth knowledge of real estate finance and an understanding of financial institutions, management and strategic planning. Mr. Keith is a graduate of Amherst College and Temple University School of Law and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar.

Joseph Del Guidice, President

Mr. Del Guidice brings with him over 20 years of industry knowledge and experience in all market tiers, from luxury to upscale select-service, with highly- reputable, hospitality organizations, such as Marriott, Hilton, InterContinental, and Carlson. He joined GF Management in October of 2015 as Senior Vice President of Operations and prior to that was the Vice President of Operations at HHM/Hersha Hospitality. He created the first hotel company partnership with Autism Speaks, creating awareness by lighting up all hotels blue and raising over $100,000 for families on the spectrum. Mr. Del Guidice represents GF Management in brand/owner relations. He also serves on the Advisory Council for Radisson hotels by Carlson and sits on the York College Hospitality advisory board. Joe is a family man who married his childhood sweetheart, and has two daughters.

Barbara Evans, CPA, Executive Vice President Of Finance

Ms. Evans brings many years of diverse business experience to GF Management, including accounting, budgeting and treasury functions. Ms. Evans is a Certified Public Accountant. Additionally, Ms. Evans holds an Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration from Drexel University and a Masters Degree in Finance & Economics.

Andrew S. Tod, Executive Vice President

Mr. Tod is a twenty-eight year veteran of the hospitality industry, specializing in sales and marketing efforts, and new business development projects. Mr. Tod joined GF Management in 1994 and plays a crucial role in the development of new business strategies, property evaluations and hotel operations.

Joseph A. "Jay" Wellenbusher, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Wellenbusher possesses nearly thirty years of experience in hospitality accounting and finance, specializing in acquisitions, renovations and finance repositioning. He has held various positions in the accounting field with various hotel groups including ITT Sheraton, Morgans Hotel Group and Helmsley Hotels. Mr. Wellenbusher plays a key role in expanding GF's portfolio through investment opportunities. Mr. Wellenbusher holds a B.S. in Accounting from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY.

Jeffrey Kolessar, Senior Vice President Of Development

Mr. Kolessar is responsible for hotel acquisitions, receiverships and third party management contracts for hotel properties throughout the country. Mr. Kolessar joined GF Management in 1990. Since then, he has acted as a receiver for hotel properties and has executed hotel management deals, receiverships and workouts, and evaluated over 400 hotel properties for financial institutions. Additionally, Mr. Kolessar negotiates franchise agreements, assists lenders in the sale of hotels and oversees third party management contracts with the company.

Mr. Kolessar’s experience in the transitional and distressed hospitality field has warranted regular invitations to participate as an expert speaker or panelist for industry events. Recent speaking engagements have included the Hunter Hotel Investment Conference, regarding Hotel Workouts, Challenges and Solutions, Hotel Business Magazine Roundtable, regarding Making the Right Moves [in Franchising] and at several HREC seminars and webinars covering the topic of the role of a Hotel Management Company in Hotel Loan Resolutions.

Andrew Taymans, Vice President Asset and Revenue Management

Mr. Taymans brings over 30 years of hospitality experience, the last 17 of which have been with GF Management. Having started his hospitality career in various F&B Management roles, MR. Taymans then performed as a General Manager and Regional Operations Manager, and spearheaded the development of the Revenue Management department at GF, prior to his current role as Vice President. Mr. Taymans has a wealth of experience supporting and managing e-Commerce and Revenue Management efforts across multiple brands, which include InterContinental Hotels Group, Carlson, Hilton, Starwood and Wyndham, as well as independent properties and resorts. Mr. Taymans had served as President of the Regional Hotel Marketing Association Board, on the IAHI Distribution & Reservation Channel Committee and the IHG Owners Association Revenue Performance Committe, as an IAHI Ambassador, and is currently active on the IHG Owners Association Distribution & Digital Committee as well as the Book Direct Advisory Council.

Paul Williamson, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Mr. Paul Williamson joined GF Management in May 2013, bringing with him over 20 years of dynamic sales leadership in the hospitality industry. Mr. Williamson's role involves direct oversight of all Regional Vice Presidents' Sales efforts, National Task Force and Area Sales Directors. Additionally, Mr. Williamson works closely with his Regional Teams to ensure enhanced communication, timely and effective implementation of all GF Sales SOPs, proper leverage of brand affiliations and promotions, key account development and overall sales strategy direction to the field. Prior to joining GF Management, Mr. Williamson was a Divisional Vice President of Sales & Marketing for another major hotel management company. Mr. Williamson has experience in all hotel sales disciplines with expertise in strategic account development, leveraging brand resources and improving market share. Mr. Williamson has worked with major hotel brands including Hilton, Marriott, Starwood, Carlson and InterContinental Hotels Group. Most recently, Mr. Williamson served on Embassy Suites Brand Sales & Marketing Advisory Committee. Mr. Williamson is a graduate of La Salle University in Philadelphia, where he earned dual degrees in Marketing and Human Resource Management.

Vineet Nayyar, Senior Vice President

Mr. Nayyar joined GF Management in 2000. Having been in the hospitality industry for over 16 years, he brings solid operational experience to the GF team. Mr. Nayyar has management experience in all areas of hotel management, including with major brands such as, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Starwood, Radisson, Hilton. Previously, Mr. Nayyar was on the Holiday Inn GM Advisory Board and currently is a member of IHG Owners Association- Holiday Inn Committee. Mr. Nayyar is a graduate of the Alpina School of Hotel Management, Switzerland., receiving a degree in hotel management.
