Barry Lieberman heads the Hotel Franchise Finance platform for Western Alliance Bank. The group focuses on originating term loans, ground-up construction loans, note-on-note transactions, and senior/mezzanine financing.
Barry’s prior role within the bank involved working with institutional sponsors based in the Northeast and Midwest. He has closed over $7 billion of hotel debt transactions.
