As Senior Vice President of Franchise Sales & Development for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Brian Parker oversees the growth of the company’s iconic brands including Days Inn, Super 8, Howard Johnson, Travelodge, Baymont, Wingate, and AmericInn. Brian is passionate about leading high-performance sales teams and building strong relationships with franchise owners. His leadership style emphasizes honest and direct communication, collaboration, and fostering a culture of results and accountability.
Prior to joining Wyndham, Brian was with Choice Hotels International for 26 years in various positions of increasing responsibility. Most recently, Brian served as Vice President, Franchise Sales & Development where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s brand portfolio and driving sustainable growth. Prior to this, Brian led Emerging Markets & New Business Development. Earlier in his career, he held other various positions including Director, Sports Marketing & Sales, and Project Manager, New Business Development, all after beginning his career as a Strategic Planning Analyst.
Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Delaware State University. He resides in New Jersey with his wife and three children.
