As Senior Director of Hospitality, Mr. Gallagher oversees all components of hotel asset management, franchise agreements, broker selection, property management/receiver and appraiser selection and hotel underwriting guidance to Trimont’s Investment Advisory Group.
Kevin has 33 years of equity investment, operations and development experience. Before joining Trimont in October 2023, he was Executive Vice President, Lender Services for Aimbridge Hospitality. Two years prior to joining Aimbridge, he and his partners sold Prism Hotels & Resorts to Aimbridge. Kevin was a partner for 22 Years at Prism in the role of Chief Development Officer, overseeing all elements of Prism’s growth. Prism was a premier full-service hotel operator, developer, advisor and receiver to the private equity, REIT and lending and special servicing industries for 35 years.
Prior to joining Prism, Kevin worked for IHG Hotels and Bristol Hotels in various Regional Operations, Sales, and General Manager roles across all brands. Kevin has been a member and speaker at CREFC and MBA for 20+ years.
