Jarrett Kratchman joins GF Hotels & Resorts as Executive Vice President of Finance, bringing more than 30 years of hospitality finance, accounting, and operational leadership experience across luxury resorts, independent hotels, branded properties, and hospitality management organizations. Throughout his career, Jarrett has held senior finance leadership positions with leading hospitality companies and has also provided strategic consulting services to hospitality organizations, helping strengthen financial operations, standardize processes, enhance reporting capabilities, implement technology solutions, and support organizational growth.
Jarrett's experience includes leadership roles supporting properties affiliated with many of the industry's most recognized brands including Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, Lotte, One Hotels, Accor Hotels as well as independent luxury resort collections. He is recognized for his ability to combine financial discipline with operational insight, helping organizations improve performance while building strong, collaborative teams. A hospitality industry veteran, Jarrett is passionate about mentoring future leaders and building high-performing teams.
Jarrett’s experience is enhanced by his M.B.A. in Accounting from Temple University and his B.S. in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada- Las Vegas. While he was born and raised in Philadelphia, he now resides in New Jersey with his wife and is the proud father of three children. Outside of work, he enjoys pickleball, fitness, travel, and catching up on movies and tv shows with his wife.
