Karen holds over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, focusing primarily on revenue strategy, eCommerce, and driving sales growth. Prior to her nine years at GF Hotels and Resorts, Karen held roles in revenue management and sales for both full-service and extended stay/select service, independent boutique/resorts, and branded hotels.

Karen is dedicated to fostering relationships with our brands and third-party distribution partners. She ensures our hotels are fully engaged in the best revenue and distribution practices to capture profitable market share. Along with being Revenue Management certified with both Marriott and Hyatt, Karen works with a team of revenue strategy experts who are certified across all brands and fluent in many RMS and CRS applications tailored to the needs of our non-branded hotel/resort clients.
