Lynsey joined the GF Hotels & Resorts team with over 15 years of experience in revenue-generating roles within the hospitality industry.  She began her career as Director of Sales at a Residence Inn by Marriott hotel. From there, Lynsey’s interest and passion for exploring different revenue streams led her to an Area Director of Revenue Strategy role, where she oversaw 20-plus hotels. In this role, Lynsey was key to the communication stream between the hotel teams, the regional sales and operations teams, and ownership groups.

Subsequently, Lynsey excelled as a Vice President of Sales & Marketing, molding the sales team’s strategic revenue growth efforts. Her performance led to her promotion to Vice President of Sales & Commercial Strategy, and now to Senior Vice President of Sales & Commercial Strategy.

​Lynsey's leadership style is characterized by her energy, creativity, and a strong focus on mentorship and team building. Her commitment to community service is equally impressive, having established a partnership with the Ronald McDonald House across her different regions. This dedication to giving back aligns with the company's values, and we plan to continue supporting this relationship in 2025.
