Michael Rosen brings nearly 30 years of hospitality industry experience to his role as Senior Vice President of Operations for GF Hotels & Resorts. In this position, he oversees operations for a diverse portfolio of full-service, select-service, boutique, and independent hotels across multiple states.
Prior to joining GF, Michael built an extensive career spanning leadership roles with some of the industry's most recognized brands, including Hilton, Marriott, IHG, and Hyatt. His progression through positions such as General Manager, Area General Manager, Regional Director, and Vice President has provided him with a broad and well-rounded operational perspective, along with deep expertise in driving performance, guest satisfaction, food & beverage, and team development.
A native of Northern New Jersey, Michael has lived and worked throughout the United States, including in Texas, Louisiana, Arizona, and Colorado, giving him a unique appreciation for the diverse markets and communities served by the hospitality industry. He attended Indiana University and remains a proud Hoosier fan. Michael has visited 49 of the 50 U.S. states and continues to enjoy exploring new destinations whenever possible.
