Lindsey Zohn Parker is a Partner in Bilzin Sumberg's Real Estate Group and Co-Chair of the CMBS and Real Estate Capital Markets Group. Her practice is concentrated on the representation of two of the largest special servicers of commercial mortgage-backed securities in the country. Lindsey has a depth of expertise in all areas of loan servicing including assumptions, equity transfer consents, cash management issues, workouts, forbearances, modifications, discounted payoffs, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, and REO transitions, management, leasing and sales. She also serves as a primary liaison between her servicer clients and national hotel franchisors.
For over a decade, Lindsey has managed the transition of hotels to REO, negotiating franchise agreements and leading lender and owner-related franchise discussions. In connection with the disposition of REO properties, Lindsey has worked on the sale of many types of commercial properties including hotel, office, retail, multifamily, storage facility and mixed-use assets. Lindsey’s command of organizational process matches her commitment to ethical practice, both of which work to the benefit of her client relationships.
Lindsey earned a Juris Doctor from the Frederic G. Levin College of Law at the University of Florida, and she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University, summa cum laude.
