A seasoned hotelier with over 20 years of experience in hospitality and food & beverage, Nick joined GF Hotels and Resorts in 2020. He began his career after attending Johnson and Wales where he majored in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management. Nick spent 10 years as an executive chef before leaving the kitchen and acquiring a vast amount of experience operating and opening ground up builds with Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, IHG, Accor and a multitude of independent brands. He curated this experience while with Crestline Hotels and Resorts, Destination Hotels and Resorts, White Lodging, TPG Hotels and Resorts, Hosting and ultimately with GF Hotels and Resorts.
Prior to joining GF, Nick was most recently Senior Vice President of Hospitality with Hosting where he oversaw the curation and development of two new independent brands in the home sharing industry. He was also invited to sit on the Marriott Rooms Advisory Board for Marriott International while overseeing owned operations as Senior Vice President with TPG Hotels and Resorts. Nick now leads food and beverage, hotel engineering, rooms, and transitioning hotel support teams for GF. He also represents GF on the Marriott Rooms advisory board to date.
Nick was born and raised in New York and now resides in Florida with his wife, Carla, two sons, Kaden and Sebastian, and bulldog, Bully.
