Mr. Bilotta, a seasoned hotelier with over 20 years of experience in hospitality and food & beverage, joined GF Hotels & Resorts in 2020. He began his career after attending Johnson & Wales and majoring in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management. Nick spent 10 years as an executive chef before leaving the kitchen and acquiring a vast amount of experience operating hotels with Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, IHG, Accor and several independent brands. He curated this experience while with Crestline Hotels, Destination Hotels, White Lodging, TPG Hotels and Resorts, Hostiing and ultimately with GF Hotels and Resorts. Nick was most recently Senior Vice President of Hospitality with Hostiing and oversaw the curation and development of two new independent brands in the homesharing industry. He was also invited to sit on the Marriott Rooms Advisory Board for Marriott International while overseeing the east coast operations as Senior Vice President with TPG Hotels and Resorts. Nick was born and raised in New York and now resides in Florida with his wife Carla, son Kaden and bulldog, Bully.
