With over 25 years of hospitality experience, Tracy joins GF Hotels & Resorts as Regional Vice President of Operations. She brings with her a track record of success in delivering strong financial results and building high-performing, tenured teams. Throughout her career, Tracy has worked with top hotel brands and has even managed to build long-term relationships with the leaders among them. She was selected to represent GF on the company’s Excellence Council, tasked with implementing creative ideas to continue elevating the company’s vision in a variety of operational areas.
Tracy’s very first job was a hotel Front Office Agent, foreshadowing her longstanding success within the industry. Through hard work, perseverance, and her love of mentoring, she worked her way up to the position of Senior Vice President with Odyssey Hotels, where she further developed her skills for over 12 years. In that role, she was responsible for overall hotel operations and even had a hand in every facet of the company. Over the years, her hotels and teams have won multiple awards, and Tracy has received many accolades for her ability to create an accountable yet fun atmosphere, allowing for little leadership turn-over in areas she oversees. She most recently worked as Area General Manager with GF, ultimately winning the General Manager of the Year award.
Tracy resides in Naples, Florida where she enjoys going to the beach and playing golf with her husband, and also spending quality time with their three sons.
