Adolf has over 15 years of hospitality experience with multiple brands, and he brings a well-rounded approach to driving performance and culture for GF. He currently oversees a portfolio of hotels that produce over 100 million in revenue annually. He has a passion for mentoring and working alongside his colleagues throughout the company to build and foster a successful and positive environment. He recently served on the company’s elite leadership committee to help advance them to new heights. Adolf has worked in multiple US regions and in various markets, holding numerous positions which have collectively allowed him to bring his hands-on leadership style to his peers.
Adolf graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a bachelor’s in Hotel Management. He serves as a board member of the Illinois Hotel Lodging Association, given his high involvement on multiple boards since being in the Illinois area and his impact on the community. He also recently served on the Boys and Girls Club in Illinois, as the club mentored him through his childhood and he wanted to return the favor.
Adolf grew up in a town with the country music genre known as the Bakersfield sound, and he enjoys live country music to this day. He also enjoys running with his Australian shepherd, Merlin, through the lake shore trails of Chicago.
