GFBOT Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice applies solely to all users of the GF Bot app (“you”), which is owned by LMD Affiliates, an affiliate of GF Hotels and Resorts (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We adopt this notice to provide you with information about information we collect through the app, and how we use and share that information.

Scope and Purpose
This Notice applies only to information collected through the use of the GF Bot app and accompanying GF Bot website (referred to in this Notice as the “App”). If you interact with us in a capacity other than as an App user, this policy does not apply to those other interactions, or to any additional information collection and use beyond our collection and use in connection with the App.
The App is a preventative maintenance tracking tool and a property auditing tool that we use in connection with other internal controls and services managed by the Company to track preventative maintenance on the property and to track the property’s success plan criteria.

Information We Collect
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household ("personal information") when you use the App. In particular, the Company collects the following categories or types of personal information from App users:

• Identifiers, such as a real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, and account name
• Commercial information, such as records of services that you perform
• Internet or other similar network activity, including information about how you interact with and use the app
• Geolocation data, such as your precise geolocation and the areas that you service
• Preventative maintenance tracking information, including logs, checklists, pictures of work completion, and property success plan audits, along with follow up audits

We may not collect each and every category of information indicated above from you.

The Company obtains the categories of personal information listed above from the following categories of sources:
• Directly from you. For example, when you enter information into the app about maintenance jobs you service.
• Automatically from you. For example, through the use of cookies, pixels, and other similar technologies used through the App, and from other software that is used to protect the security and integrity of the Company’s systems, devices, and applications.
• Third parties. For example, we may collect information from other employees that relates to job status, that can be tied back to you and provide us information about your work on the job.

Use of Personal Information
We use the personal information we collect for one or more of the following business purposes:
• To track and record maintenance issues and service requests on our properties
• To track and record the status of service of maintenance issues and service requests on our properties
• To understand more about maintenance issues and service requests, including the location at which it was completed, the individuals who participated in the servicing, the time it took to complete the service request, the parts, tools, and resources used to complete the requests, and whether any third parties assisted with the completion of the request
• To administer the App
• To create best practices and fine tune our service and maintenance operations
• To otherwise fulfill or meet the reason you provided the information.
• To respond to law enforcement requests and as required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulations
• As described to you when collecting your personal information
• For any other purpose disclosed to you at the time your information is collected

The Company will not collect additional categories of personal information or use the personal information we collect from you for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice.

Disclosing, Sharing, and Selling Personal Information
Dislosures of Personal Information for a Business Purpose
The Company may disclose your personal information to a third party for a business purpose. We have disclosed your personal information to the following categories of third parties for a business purpose:
• Affiliates of LMD Associates and GF Hotels and Resorts
• Management and other employees of LMD Associates and GF Hotels and Resorts
• Service providers, including the App developer
• Contractors of LMD Associates and GF Hotels and Resorts

​The Company has disclosed all of the above categories of information with one or more categories of these third parties within the last twelve (12) months.

Sales of Personal Information
The Company does not sell, rent, or disclose for monetary or other valuable consideration any personal information it collects from you.

Information Retention
We will only retain information we collect from you through your use of the App for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, after which time we will delete, de-identify, aggregate, or destroy the information.

Changes to Our Privacy Notice
The Company reserves the right to amend this Privacy Notice at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes to this Privacy Notice we will post the updated notice on the App and update the effective date at the top of this Notice.
