Based in Orlando, John has worked in the hotel industry for nearly 15 years and spent the last 13 years in Sales and Marketing. Since his start with the company, he has been a key team member in growing the Orlando portfolio to what it is today. He has proven ability to bring in the best talent with very minimal turnover, secure new and ever-lasting client partnerships, and gain interest from other hotel ownership groups to hire GF to manage their portfolio/hotel. He is also highly knowledgeable about Revenue Management and Finance, and has an entrepreneurial spirit to continue such growth.

John recently underwent redevelopments with the Embassy Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort and the DoubleTree Orlando Airport. With his leadership and aggressive sales actions, he and his teams were able to establish a 160% annual RevPAR index share at the Embassy Suites and 140% annual index at the Hilton Garden Inn Lake Mary, Florida.   

John holds a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Kentucky.
