Jay possesses over thirty years of experience in hospitality accounting and finance, specializing in acquisitions, renovations and finance repositioning. He oversees all accounting functions for GF Hotels and Resorts. Jay is also responsible for the administrative, financial and risk management operations of the company, including the development of financial and operational strategy and ongoing development of monetary control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. He has been with the company since 1994.
Jay has held various positions in the accounting field with hotel groups including ITT Sheraton, Morgans Hotel Group and Helmsley Hotels. He plays a key role in expanding GF Hotels and Resorts’ portfolio through investment opportunities. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY.
