Kyle Stevenson is a Managing Director specializing in investment sales for the Berkadia hotels and Hospitality group.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Kyle served for several years as the office leader for a hotel brokerage firm while based in Washington, DC. Kyle has successfully structured and completed hotel sales transactions totaling more than $1.5 billion. Kyle specializes in both select and full-service hotels and extended stay properties with upside opportunities for the incoming buyers.
Prior to becoming an investment sales advisor, Kyle was a hospitality commercial mortgage lender with Allied Capital Corporation, a publicly traded non-bank lender.
Over the course of his career, Kyle has developed extensive resources and relationship with hotel owners and private equity funds. Kyle has been a speaker and presenter at numerous conferences and industry events. Kyle is a graduate of Georgetown University, where he earned a degree in International Economics.
Kyle has been involved with Chris Kids in Atlanta, the Northern Virginia Autism Society, Rotary Club and the National Committee for the Prevention of Child Abuse.
