Brian serves as Director of Development at GF Hotels & Resorts, bringing more than a decade of successful experience in the hospitality industry. Recognized for his accomplishments in hotel investments and development, he has established a strong reputation as a leader in the field. In his current role, Brian is responsible for expanding the company’s third-party management portfolio. Leveraging his extensive industry expertise, he also plays an active role in acquisitions and asset management initiatives that support the company’s continued growth and success.
Prior to joining GF Hotels & Resorts, Brian served as Director of Strategy Investments for a prominent hotel management company. In that position, he managed a portfolio of more than 100 hotels with assets under management totaling $2.5 billion. His responsibilities included asset management, acquisitions and investments, business development, consulting, revenue management, and business intelligence.
Brian is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and remains committed to sharing his industry knowledge and expertise. He frequently serves as a guest lecturer and has participated as a featured investment panelist at numerous commercial real estate investment conferences.
Currently residing in New York, Brian enjoys spending his free time attending sporting events and concerts throughout the country.
