With over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Jeff serves as Chief Development Officer for GF Hotels & Resorts and is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is responsible for hotel acquisitions and dispositions, consulting engagements, special asset assignments, asset management, and new hospitality developments across the country. In addition to leading the company’s acquisition efforts, Jeff negotiates franchise agreements, assists lenders with hotel sales, and oversees third-party management contracts.
During his tenure with GF Hotels & Resorts, Jeff has held roles in development and acquisitions, business development, operations, accounting, and consulting. He has been involved in a wide range of hospitality projects, including resorts, conference centers, full-service and select-service hotels, food and beverage establishments, and golf courses.
Jeff joined GF Hotels & Resorts in 1990 as a Regional Controller. His experience spans all facets of the hospitality business, including financing, takeovers, pre-opening operations, turnaround opportunities for distressed properties, and the negotiation of various contract types. Through his extensive relationships with financial institutions, legal professionals, hospitality consultants, and hotel and real estate brokers, Jeff has built a strong and respected network throughout the industry.
