As the Vice President, Human Resources for GF Hotels & Resorts, Lisa is responsible for leading the Human Resources department, which focuses on employee relation strategies that represent the organization's culture and values. Lisa contributes directly to the long and short-term strategic objectives of the company while maximizing organizational effectiveness. She oversees all HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee experience across the organization.
Lisa has over 40 years of experience in the hospitality and entertainment industry. Prior to joining GF, she was the Vice President of Human Resources at AION Management and Director of Culture & Engagement for Valley Forge Casino. For 30 years, Lisa developed her career in various leadership positions and management roles for Caesars Entertainment within both Human Resources and Table Games across four properties.
