As the Executive Vice President of Operations at GF Hotels and Resorts, Scott brings a wealth of experience and strategic leadership to our dynamic team. He oversees operation deliverables for GF properties, leading food and beverage, hotel engineering, rooms brand excellence and transitioning hotel support teams. With a career spanning over 27 years in the hospitality industry, he has consistently demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and guest satisfaction.
Prior to joining GF Hotels and Resorts, Scott held vital leadership roles responsible for a portfolio of hotels under lodging brands, including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG, where his keen insights and hands-on approach significantly enhanced operational efficiency. Scott’s leadership has contributed to the achievement of numerous awards within the portfolio including Silver, Gold & Platinum achievements with Marriott, Diamond awards with Hilton, Torchbearer with IHG and winning Strategy Partner with Hyatt. He currently sits on several brand advisory boards to develop operating procedures for the industry.
Scott graduated from Texas Tech University and resides in Prosper, Texas. He is an avid sports fan and loves spending time with his wife, Haley, and two sons, Nathan, and Carter.
