Accounting

GF’s Accounting Team will review, in detail, all financial aspects and operating performance of the hotel. This experienced team is led by the Chief Financial Officer and is supported by a Corporate Controller and a team of Regional Controllers. The cost of total financial oversight service varies based on the total revenues of the hotel. 

Sales & Marketing

Regional Vice Presidents of Sales and Marketing and Area Sales Managers support GF’s sales and marketing efforts. They contribute to the overall strategies, action steps, measurement systems, and performance of the sales and marketing team. The team focuses on a practical, customer-driven approach to maximizing market share.

Food & Beverage

GF provides comprehensive restaurant and bar management and consulting services, including unique concept development, new restaurant openings, and ongoing operational management. Focused on creating unique, locally relevant experiences, GF ensures seamless execution through detailed planning and customization. Management services emphasize leveraging local talent and adapting systems to each venue’s specific needs, ensuring long-term success and a tailored guest experience.

GF University

GF University offers continuing education programs exclusively for GF Hotels & Resorts and their employees across the GF portfolio. Established 20 years ago, GF University provides classroom hands-on training for General Managers, Directors of Sales, Sales and Catering Managers, and Executive Committee members. The program currently consists of over a dozen curriculums, covering all hospitality disciplines through focused one or two-day courses.

Revenue Management

GF Hotels & Resorts has a revenue management team that continually offers yield and inventory pricing expertise for all participating properties' distribution channels. This includes e-commerce, global distribution systems, group inventories, franchise contributions, and more, regularly reviewed for pricing opportunities.

Information Technology

The GF IT department supports on-site technology requirements, including an initial IT audit, to ensure that the property has the right software and hardware. Our properties are associated with various brands, so the IT department is well-versed in multiple property management systems, telephone systems, technology communication systems, accounting systems, and reservation engines, and is available to assist the on-site teams.

Facilities & Engineering

The facilities group supervises property maintenance, engineering matters, renovations, property improvement program analysis, and product conversions. Additionally, it offers architectural design support, interior design support, and engineering technical support. These services are assessed individually and customized based on the project's scope.

National Purchasing Network

National Purchasing Network (NPN) is a national hospitality purchasing company dedicated to efficient and economical bulk purchasing products in the hospitality industry. By organizing bulk purchases, NPN can provide competitive pricing for various items in a range of departments, including food and beverage, housekeeping, and more. By ensuring compliance with NPN purchasing, which is monitored through regular reporting, NPN delivers substantial cost savings to the hotels within its portfolio.
